The first Faroe Islands Exploration Conference, hosted by the Faroese
Earth and Energy Directorate, was held in Torshavn,Faroe Islands,
in May 2004, and focussed on hydrocarbon exploration on the
Faroese Continental Shelf.

The Proceedings volume has now been published and includes
ten peer-reviewed scientific papers and three extended Abstracts.
